This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the use
of the Thematically Entertainment Center website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and defines
the terms and obligations between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Thematically Entertainment Center (hereinafter referred to as the "SEC"). By accessing and using the Website, you
agree to be bound by the terms and obligations of this Agreement. 
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Website.

1. Use of the Website The User is granted a non-exclusive,
non-transferable limited right to access, use and display the Website and its contents exclusively for personal purposes. The User
undertakes not to use the Website for any illegal purposes, as well as not
to interrupt or interfere with its normal operation. At the same time, the User
acknowledges that he is obliged to comply with all the rules, procedures, and regulations
established for accessing and using the Website.

2. Intellectual property
The Website, including all content, software and technologies
used to provide the Website, is the property of the Shopping Center or
its third-party suppliers. The User agrees not to modify,
copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce,
publish, license, transmit, create derivative works from,
sell or resell any information or services obtained from or
through the Website. The User acknowledges that the MALL retains all intellectual
rights to the Website and its contents.

3. User Behavior 
The User agrees not to use the Website for any illegal or
unauthorized purposes and not to violate laws in their
jurisdiction, including, but not limited to copyright laws.
The User agrees not to transmit any viruses or
other malicious components through the Website.

4. Disclaimer of warranties
SEC does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information available on the Website, and
does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or
implied, regarding the content or availability of the Website. The shopping center is not 
makes no representations or guarantees that the Website will be error-free,
free of viruses or other malicious components, or that
malfunctions will be corrected.

5. Limitation of Liability
SEC is not responsible for any damages of any kind
arising from the use of the Website, including, but not limited to, direct,
indirect, unintentional, punitive and consequential damages. The User
agrees to pay and release the Mall from any claim or claim,
including reasonable attorney's fees arising from or related to 
use of the Website by the User, violation of this Agreement by the User 
Agreement or violation of the rights of another person.

6. Changes to the Agreement
SEC reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any
time and to change, modify, add or remove parts of the Website,
including, but not limited to, content and functions. The User
agrees to be bound to such changes.

7. Legal regulation 
This Agreement falls under legal regulation and legislation 
Of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement, 
They will be decided according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If it is
impossible to resolve such disputes during the claim review, they
will be referred to the court in accordance with the legislation
of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. Final provisions
This Agreement is an exhaustive and complete understanding between 
By the User and the Shopping mall in relation to the use of the Website. Present 
The Agreement replaces all previous agreements and agreements between 
By the User and the Shopping mall in relation to the use of the Website. Present 
The Agreement is divided and remains valid in case of any inconsistency
of one or more clauses of this Agreement. This Agreement may 
the mall can be changed at any time. The changes take effect from the moment they
are published on the Website. Continued use of the Website after
the publication of changes means acceptance by the User of such changes.
The User agrees to follow all applicable laws and regulations when
using the Website. A third party has no right to transfer or transfer
any rights or obligations arising from this Agreement. All 
possible disputes or claims arising from or related to the application
of this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the legislation
of the Republic of Uzbekistan
